Charm: regular correction flow

Hi experts,

could you provide a description of the regular (normal) correction workflow in SolMan?

We have one in the Help http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw04/helpdata/en/85/ca2f42d9f15233e10000000a155106/frameset.htm, but it doesn't describe how the users get to know when their activity in the process starts and statuses of the transactions. I'm mainly interested in these issues.

Hey Natie!!!

In all the SAP Documents....sap has only given the functionality..but none will tell you how to itimate the concerned entity!!! (gud way to fool customers)

but we can have email triggering by change of status!!!..i hope this exactly wht you are looking for???
