i am making a sales order and from the schedule line a Purchase requisation is getting created. but the problem is that if i am making order of Quantity of 50 TON but in the purchase requisation it is picking up 55 TON.

I have checked the MM03 the MRP view 1,2,3,4 there is no where it maintain the percentage of scrap. IT is maintained 0.00% then from where it is coming....

please help me its urgent..

Check in MM02 --> MRP2 --> Net requirements calculation --> Minimum Safety Stock.
