JCo Error - partner '127.0.0.1:sapgw02' not reached

can you explain more details of your problem

accoding to my assumption you have both ABAP and JAVA on same box

then you might have installed using loopback adapter

you need to update this ip and host name in the file c:
windows\system32\drives\etc\<b>host</b>

ip hostname

I guess the problem may because of logon groups. Please ensure logon group is configured correctly which is mentioned JCo connection.
