error while creating a quotation in SD

i am creating a quotation referring an inquiry of type ZINO and the quotation type is ZQTO. while saving the doc i am getting a error

Pricing error: Mandatory condition ZQOE is missing.

I am not able to fix it kindly help asap.

Hi,

Check your pricing procedure and the procedure assignment (Customer PP + Document PP + PP). Maintain the value in for the pricing condition.

biut i maintained a record in vk11 but still getting the same error

hi nikhil,

1. since u are copying from inquiry the problem occurs

2. Please try to create w/o ref of inquiry it will work

3. Normally inquiry will not have price, so u have to manually enter the cond type in quotation with price

Hi Nikhil,

U check for which condition type U have created condition record in VK11.

Also check for the table while creating condition record (fields in condition table)

Check once while manually entering the value for the condition in sales order, If it works.....create condition record for the same combination in VK11.

2. After check this check assign of pricing proc

Hi Nikhil,

In the quotation, go the line item condition tab and enter the condition type ZQOE and maintain a value.

(or)

Go to [VK11] enter the condition type and maintain the condition record.
