It is not a good idea to ask Notes to be sent on personal id.

Hello Arun -

The best place to start your understanding of APO is to go thru the Best practises documents that are available on help.sap.com.

As Anjali has mentioned about going thru SCM documentation that is available online on help.sap.com will also be helpful.

Any doubts post them on sdn and we are there to help you.
