regarding sales order details

Hi guru,

i created one sales order. now i want to send that sales order through xi system to some other sap or non sap system.

i will use idoc to file scenario now.

i want to know in which idoc my sales order details are.

The standard IDoc for sales orders are the ORDERS IDoc, mainly ORDERS01 (or ORDERS02 or 03) etc.

will u plz tell me the steps to go and check that my sales order details are there in ORDERS03 or not.

what is the tcode for that, how to proceed further.

Hi Lakshmi,

1. Go to Tcode WE02 in R/3.

2. Give the Creation date range, If u are not sure on the date it was created just leave the Creation Date Blank.

3. In the Basic Type option give ORDERS03 and Hit Execute(F8), a list of IDoc corresponds to that type will be listed.

4. In this IDoc u can view the sales order details.
