how to do storage billing after product billing for the same material?

I have a scenario where I have to do the Storage Billing after Product Billing. The Material comes back to my Storage Location after the Sales (Batch No and Quantity remains the same) and depending on the period of storage I have to do the Storage Billing.

How do I take the same material back into Stock after Sales, without any value update in FICO (i.e. books should not show this material value as asset, but should allow me to do Storage billing)

As per my knowledge we cant do storage billing in R/3 we can do it in APO.
