How to restrict the particular document type

Hi

I want to give a particular document type in F-28 & F-29 Tcode access to one user .

I create a Role using PFCG Tcode in that I given a 2 Tcodes. In authorization document type is showing but in that activity is authorization group.

How to restrict the particular document type one single user .In 2 Tcodes

Pls tell me how to restrict document types. My server is SAP 4.6c

Hi Sanjay,

In SAP system document is restricted only through "document authorization group" like table is restricted through "table authorization group". This document authorization group is maintained in F_BKPF_BLA authorization object.

During document maintenance there is option to maintain authorization group for every document type. Once authorization group is maintained for any document type then only you will be able to restrict that document. Otherwise document type access is not checked.
