to make sales office mandatory in inquiry and quotation and sales order

I made sales office as mandatory by using TCODE SHDO for sales oder but then how to make sales ofice as mandatory for inquiry and quotation, would be thankfull if some one can help me out with the same ,

Hi. Sunaina,

There are 2 ways of doing this-

1)You can use incompletion procedure for In & Quotes.

2)Can use SHDO(Same way you have tried for sales order).

the same way as u did for sales order va01 using shdo for inquires and quotations use the respective tcodes in shdo

You can configure in Incompletion log

Hi Sunaina,

You can use the functionality of incpmpletion log.

Until you will enter the sales office system will not allow to save the quotation.

Also goto VOV8 and for your quotation type just tick the incompletion messages under the transaction flow heading.
