Adhoc agents disappear while changing SC upon rejection

Former Member

When a shopping cart (SC) is rejected by an adhoc approver, the

requisitioner receives a "rejection" email.

When he/she goes to change the SC, the adhoc approver disappears in the

Approval Preview and after "re-ordering" the SC, it goes to the next

approver in-line but not to the ad-hoc approver who rejected the SC.

We are using WS 10000276 (Approval single level over limit).

Hi,

Manage BBP_WFL_SECURITY parameter (personalisation on user or role, or with BADI)

4 level possible:

Level 4 (High) - SC modification during approval possible + WF continues

Level 3 (medium) - SC modification during approval possible + WF restarts if starting condition targets a new WF

Level 2 (low) - SC modification during approval possible + WF restarts

Level 1 (no) - SC modification during approval not possible

As soon as your WF restarts or changes the adhoc agents are reset

Hope it helps.

Hi Vadim:

The BBP_WFL_SECURITY indicator on the user is set to '4' (High), but the agents disappear as soon as I hit the "Change" button (even though I'm not changing anything).

Then you should open a ticket at SAP OSS

I already did and they said this is std SAP functionality, which I think is not correct, since the requester has to re-add all the ad-hoc agents once his SC is rejected.

You should insist : the adhoc agent must stay as the WF is not restarted or changed.
