you will receive an email 1 week after getting your milestone. if you do not get the email, this emans that the email address of your profile is bad... or your email server has tagged this email as SPAM and refused it!
T-Shirts might get delayed, but they always come -:) Sometimes they get lost in the mail system...So you should wrote an e-mail asking for the status (To the one who ask for your shipping address).
