Setitng up CCMS functionality (CCM4x agents)

Hello CCMS-experts!

I am about to set up the CCMS functionality for two business systems:

SAP R/3 4.7 and SAP SRM 5.0 (on Web AS 7.0)

With the first system (SAP R/3 4.7) everything went fine.

The registration was successfully and the status in RZ21 is "ONLINE".

With the second system (SAP SRM 5.0) I have problems:

the status in RZ21 on Solution Manager is "SHUTDOWN", although the installation of CCM4x was executed with return code 0.

I see the error <b>"SAPCCM4X.<Server>.00" Error by opening RFC-destination"</b>I detected in file dev_rfc.trc under D:\usr\sap\<SID>\DVEBMGS00\log\sapccm4xthe following error:

<b>"T:3224 Error in program 'sapccm4x': ======> Destination 'CCMS' not found in 'C:\Program Files\SAP\rfcsdk\bin\saprfc.ini'"</b>

In the log file "sapccm4x.log" I have the following error:

<b>"[Thr 10148]ERROR: sRfcServerDCCMSi: [RFC_ERROR_SYSTEM_FAILURE] Destination 'CCMS' not found in 'C:\Program Files\SAP\rfcsdk\bin\saprfc.ini'

WARNING: RFC service -DCCMS could not be registered at gateway. Retrying once a minute..."</b>

<b>Should some RFC-destinations be set in SM59?</b>

Please try starting the agent using command sapccm4x -DCCMS pf=<instance Profile>.

Failing this uninstall and reunistall the agent. Uninstall is sapccm4x -U pf=<instance Profile>.
