type AbstractStringBuilder is not visible

Dear All

I'm making a web dynpro application and getting the error "type AbstractStringBuilder is not visible".

Can anybody expalin me why it is coming?

Latest JDK version is installed on my system.

From where does the NWDS checks the version of JAVA?

What should i do to remove this error?

You have to use the JDK version required by the used WD runtime. It seems you have JDK 5 selected in NWDS and your WD version required JDK 1.4.

I re-installed NWDS with JDK 1.4 but even this has not solved my problem.

Any thing more needs to be done?

Please help as this is not letting me work.

Problem is solved after i changed my work space for NWDS.

There was some problem with the .meta file.
