when i run AL08, i can see three tabs.. Number of active Users,Interactive Users,Number of RFC Users.

what are those 3, what is the difference between those. which one i should take it to consideration

As far as I am aware, active users are all users active in the system, interactive users are Dialog users & RFC users are those connected via RFC.

What you should take into consideration depends entirely on what your objective for using AL08. If it is to see dialog users logged on at that point in time then interactive users is what you want. If you want to see active users via RFC then obviously that tab is the one that you are after.

If you let us know what you want to achieve then we will be able to guide you more effectively.
