Yes it is possible to navigate but for that you need to create DCs.

I think he is asking tht to navigate directly from one proj to another... By using DC, We can share the component.. But this is possible or not? I don have any idea...

Just go through the link i mentioned above.
Yes, we can navigate from one view to anther in different DC.
DC1> Comp1>view1
DC2>Comp2>view2
If you want to navigate from view 1 to view2 then:
1. Expose your DC2 in public parts.
2. Add DC2 as used DC in DC1
3. In your Navigation Modeler , Right Click and embedd a view and select existing view --> the interface view of DC2(view2).
4. This embedded view2 in DC1 will have a default inbound plug.
5. Create an outbound plug in view1 and link this to the default plug of embedded view2.
Now, you can navigate from view1 to view2.
