Hi Victor,

When you would click on SAP Support Package you will get a detailed navigation on the left hand side with Support Packages and Patches as the root node and it that you will find Entry by application group.

Hope now you can move ahead.

Hi Victor,

Copy your sapcar in the folder where you are having this .sar file.

Now goto command prompt and change directory to your .sar file directory and execute this command.

sapcar -xvf <filename>

not appear setup.exe

Victor,

Just see if there is some other .exe file. If yes then it might be your executable file. Try to run that.

There are three *.exe:

igsmux.exe

igspw.exe

igswd.exe

But none work... Appear: ********************** igswd.exe isn´t application´s win32 valid.

Victor,

yes you need to run that igswd.exe but seems that you downloaded the wrong source from market place. You might have the same for win32 too.

Hi Victor,

if you have an IGS 6.40 the port is defined as listenerhttp entry in <IGS-DIR>/conf/igs.xml. If you have an IGS 7.x the port is defined as profile parameter igs/listener/http with default value 4NN80 (where NN is your instance number).

See also SAP note <a href="http://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/959358">959358</a>.

Victor,

goto command prompt and type this command

"netstat"

here you will see all the open connection and you might find the port for your IGS.

If you can't find here then goto Visual Admin

Server > services > configurations > webdynpro > sap.com > tcwddispwda > Propertysheet

if you can find IGS URL over here.

Good Luck,

It´s blank: <a href="http://img129.imageshack.us/my.php?image=vauj9.jpg" target="_blank">!http://img129.imageshack.us/img129/8061/vauj9.th.jpg|alt=Free Image Hosting at www.ImageShack.us|src=http://img129.imageshack.us/img129/8061/vauj9.th.jpg|border=0!</a>

Victor,

Blank means your IGS installation was not successful. You can get some default value there if your installation was successful. Try installing it once again and try getting the port number through command promt/visual admin.

when i press igswd.exe, only appear two new file of sql, but not install nothing... I think that the file isn´t executable...

Victor,

Now try to login to Visual Admin and check do you get any default url fro IGS or from command prompt.

Also try executing other .exe files too.

3. you will see two files one .sar file and another sapcar

4. goto command prompt

5. C:\IGS\sapcar -xvf IGSSetup_19-10002111.sar

Victor,

The problem is the size of the attachment is 75MB and thus it is not allowing me to send such a huge content.

I selected this one from the market place <b>IGSSetup_19-10002111</b>. You have to download from there and then follow the steps.

Download the igs*.sar from http://service.sap.com/swdc.

You get the executables of the new IGS. These files

already exist in the kernel directory ../SYS/exe/run as

IGS comes with the kernel. Just copy and paste the new

files into the kernel run directory. Then run the report

graphics_igs_chart_test to get the IGS version. Note that

the IGS_RFC should be working. This is the procedure for

700 release and 640 releases where IGSis integrated in

kernel. Else you have setup.exe in the IGS standalone

installation SAR file
