PILDUSER password reset - import exchance profile - VERY URGENT

Hi,

I am following post installtion steps for 2004s. when I am doing exchange profile import, system was asking to connect to PILDUSER. while installation i gave password of 12 chars length for this user. but while connecting to import exchange profile, system was expecting(taking) only 8 chars password, hence i could not connect and import exchange profile.

could you pls let me know how to resolve this
