Hi,

I have created an adobe form my own as well as directly deployed the adobe form of sap.

In both cases , the submit to sap butto n in the form does not work at all.

Form is displayed correctly.

Nothing happens, no server event seems to be triggering. Please advice.

Thanks,

Harish

Hi Harish,

Create an action in web dynpro which carries out the business processing. Assign this action to InteractiveForm UI element's onSubmit event.

This specifies that when you click the SubmitToSAP button in the form, the event onSubmit is triggered which actually executes the code provided in the Action.

Steps:

when you go to interactive form's properties,

you can see in the Events' section two events....

1).onCheck

2).onSubmit

just create an action for onSubmit event and choose the action from onSubmit dropdown in the Properties of Interactive form.

just go to the implementation of the same view and you will find a method for it already created for you to write your code in.

In addition also make sure that you have installed the xACF component on the client machine.

Hope this helps.

Hi Harish,

A plugin callef SAPForms needs to be placed in the following folder of the Adobe Reader installation.

Place the SAPForms plugin in the plug_ins folder as shown below.

<Drive>:\Program Files\Adobe\Reader 8.0\Reader\plug_ins

Once you do this, deploy the application and test if its working.

If it still does not work refer to the SAP Note 766191

Hi,

Unfortunately this didnt work as a matter of fact,

when I opened the plugins folder I already seen the component you sent.

anyway I replaced this.

Can you confirm the product versions on which you are working, for what I have listed above, so I can make a comparison and figure out.

Regards,

Harish
