mill product - variant configuration

Hi friends,

I have issue from mill product,

whenever i am creating consignment fill up or consignment issue for configurable material, It is not possible to select characteristics at order level.(i.e. characters would be grayed out)

Whereas if I create order i.e. standard order (OR) it is possible to select the characteristics.

what could be the reason for above problem.

it seems there is problem in ur item category assignment for CF

goto img-sd-sales-sales doc item-assign iem categoreis

here assign the item categories to CF like tac

Thanks for suggestion.

But I am sorry to tell you that item category assignment is correct here. If it is the case at order level itself system triggers error message.

So i don't think that is problem.

In the Item Category detail Tcode - VOV7 try different option in Bill of material / Configuration tab.
