PP workcenter blocking by PM preventive Maintenance Plan

Hi Friends and Experts,

Giving the system cond "0" in Task list header data is not showing any impact on PP work center, i mean that PP work center is not getting loaded. This is working only when i mention 0 in the the header data of maint order.

Can we know whether a workcenter is planned for preventive maintenance on any sunday or holiday in advance before the maintenance order is created.

can any body throw some light.

Yes. IP24 should work fine for you.

Hi Sankar,

Mentioning the PP work center in your Equipment Master & mentioning 0 in task list header of that equipment. So that when Maintenance Guy will create a Maintenance plan & assign the relevant task list to that plan, then immediately after scheduling you will be able to see the forthcoming dates when your PP workcenter is blocked for maintenance.

Check whether you maintained PP workcenter in Equipment master or not.

You have maintain it in Location tab.

hi shankar,

if you set the system condition in task list header level then you can find in the maintenance order header level only.try to maintain the system condition in operation level in task list so that when you attach the task list it will have the impact on pp work center
