Hello Friends,

I would like to know that in my system whether

SAP NetWeaver and SAP ERP Central Component 6.0

Installed or not?How to check whether these are installed or not?

and where can i Find in the system?

Hello,

Off your SAP menu, choose SYSTEM then Status. That should give you the system levels.

Hello ,

I cheked the same in the system->status->componet version

it is showing SAP R/3 Enterprise

It means that there is no SAP netviewr .

am i right..??

Hi

under where it says "SAP R/3 Enterprise" drill down again to see the SAP_Basis level. You should see it say version 4.7, in which case it's not NetWeaver. You would need to be on 6.x to use the NetWeaver functions.

Hi Preethi,

I guess your version is not Netweaver or ECC SAP version.

You have SAP R/3 Enterprise (4.7) which is the version before Netweaver 2004, Netweaver 2004s and ECC.

Is it so??Can you please let me know and I cheked Some XI transaction codes

those are working.Please let me know that SAP enterprise having netviewr componets or not? if so which vesrion of netviewer.

Hi Preethi,

The runtime environment of SAP R/3 is SAPWebAS (SAP Web Application Server). You could check in transaction SAINT the components (Add-ons) installed in your system and the version and support package level for each component. If you have XI installed you would probably see there under APPINT, SAP Exchange Infrastructure 2.0, the release and the level of the component, as well as another components you may want to check.
