Hope you know the functionality of SAP-XI.
Now we have a client called ABC in USA we are giving the support in SAP-BW.
Now these people want to use XI and are trying to implement.
In this regards What inputs shall i gather from them.
Now my question is to know where exactly they can use that XI.
What questions should i ask so that we can implement XI.
And how to prepare the flow of implementation for SAP-BW and SAP-XI?
