Hi
I want to add the following thing in the NOTIF_CREATE
1. Person Responsible-when i use to create message in notif_create my name is not appeared in the F4(I have tried in IMG-Service desk-BP ,but my name is not appeared there)
2.How to create new category?
3.How to use E-mail function in Create Support Notification?
Please help me

1. Create your business partner first. In Tcode BP or generate it via tcode DSWP.
2. IMG --> SAP Solution Manager -> Configuration -> Scenario-specific Settings -> Service Desk -> Maintain Categories and Priorities.
3. Via Action Profiles and Action Definitions (PPF)

transaction SPRO --> SM --> Advance configuratyion --> Specific settins --> Service desk --> Maibtrain categories anr priorities
Here you can customize accordingly!!!
To send mail you can configure it via mail triggering on change of status!!!
