VPRS not appearing in the so

Hi,

I am trying to triggere VPRS condition type in sales order. But this condition type is getting ignored as the message is saying "Condition Type ignored Req type 004 is not fulfilled". The req. type 004 is cost. I am maintaining the cost of the material (moving average price) in material master as moving average price. I have ticked determine cost in the item category as well.

Can you tell me the reason as why it is getting ignored?

Hello!

If you are maintaining Moving Avg Price in MMR...Use EK01/02 as cost condn type instead of VPRS.

Std SAP Costs VPRS should have reqt as 004 in Pricing procedure..

Reward some points if you finds this as useful..

I have maintained req 004 in my pricing procedure.

I have tried with EK01 and EK02. Do we need to maintain any req for this?

Dear Ashish,

Check your Pricing Procedure.

Goto V/08 Select your Pricing Procedure , double click Control.

Check the line against Cond type VPRS, whether the Requirement "004" has been maintained in the relevant field "Requirement".If not, then just enter "004" and save the pricing procedure.

When you create your sales order now, the system will not throw this error message.

Is it inter company sales! if yes it wont trigger VPRS condition type.

1)As per 004 requirement,the plant and sales org should be assigned to same to company code............

2) maintain moving avg price in material master data.

3)Activate determine cost in item category
