SSO Problem in firefox 1.0.6 browser

Former Member

Hi.

I installed firefox 1.0.6 browser and I try to download client certification from http://service.sap.com/tcs. (I already have client certification for IE and It works)

If I click "apply for an SAP passport" in sapnet, client certification downloaded my PC and installed firefox.

After Then, I restart firefox and go to sapnet.

Firefox doesn't recognize client certifiaction and request simple userid / password.

Is there any idea ?

Regards, Arnold.

Hi Arnold,

was that a fresh 1.0.6 installation or a upgrade? I've just upgraded from 1.0.4 to 1.0.6 and my Certificate still works here on SDN and also on Service Marketplace.

This thread refers to an old system of single sign on used by SAP internally. They started using SECUDE PSE Service 4.2 this year. There is a website link www.secude.com

Hi,

please try:

--> Open PSE Management

--> Select File

--> Export PKCS#

--> Select C:\ as directory or somewhere els on you hard drive

--> Type your PSE Password 2 times

--> Open Firefox Certifikate Store and include the certificate by clicking on import.

--> Also type your PSE password in the popup normaly 2 popups after that ist should be done.

If you have any more questions please ask again.

That is a SSO management program, so unless you use it then Fabian's advice won't help much

Right Craig.

So if you don't have PSE Management oder SSO Passwort.

My advice won't work.
