Hi,
I need your help on this requset from our finance user. They want to activate this functionality that allows for the upload of files (excel, word, email etc) so that they attach it to transactions or master data within SAP and can thus be viewed by anyone with access to that transaction going forward.
For example the user could upload an excel spreadsheet that has been used to calculate a journal entry that has been input into ECC.
Howe can I activate this? What are the pros and cons in activation this? does this have a huge impact on the database size? (users might be uploading big files)
