ESS Family application in Portal 7.00 exceptions occurs

Hi Guys,

I've tried to use the Family Member/Dependents application in ESS Erp2005.

I made still the ESS customizing for IT0021 info-type but when I try to use it but it doesn't work saying to me:

<i>com.sap.pcuigp.xssfpm.java.FPMRuntimeException: Manca configurazione - contattare lamministratore di sistema at com.sap.pcuigp.xssfpm.java.MessageManager.raiseException(MessageManager.java:111)</i>

seem that the error occurs in function module HRXSS_PER_READ_P0021_IT just for Italy country code.

I don't know why it do this...I hope in your power!

Hi,

check the table t7xsspersubtype to see whether there are entries for the infotype 0021 under the italian country code.

Hi Sharadha,

There are more entries for infotype 0021 under italian code.

Dubugging the RFC code in beckend system (), I see that it catches the exception when it check the table T582W and T582V (Infotype to view) returning the code PBAS_SERVICE 048 " from method SECONDARY_INFTY of class CL_HRPA_INFOTYPE_CONTEINER.

Seem that for italian there is nothing and not must have a view and a secondary infotype.

The Infotytpe works correctly in HR Beckend system.

Have you got any idea?

Hi Antonello,

Have you assigned 0021 infotype for the view V106 in the the table T582W.

Kindly check whether you have the correct entries in t582v also.
