Virsa Compliance Calibtator-Mitigation Configuration

Hello,

We are using the Virsa compliance calibrator for SOX auditing in SAP4.7

While configuration on t-code /n/virsa/zvrat for mitigation configuration.In the DEFINE MONITORS & APPROVERS�-New entries�-if i mention the user and mail id it is giving the error message INVALID MAIL ID.but we have configured the sconnect and we can send mail from bussiness work place to internal and external mails.I have mention the mail id in user(SU01) configration also.But still It is giving the same error(INVALID MAIL ID).Anybody is familer with this or know the solution for this pls let me know ASAP.

As mentioned in the documents i have configured the alerts with my user id,risk id and mail id.But it is still giving the INVALID MAIL ID while mitigation DEFINE MONITORS & APPROVERS configuration.

Have you applied all of the support packs for Virsa ?

Yes,We have the latest SP's for R/3 and Virsa.
