In Portal MDM system missing

Hi,

Iam using the discovery system for creating a POC i was going through a SDN demo on MDM portal where they have show me to create a MDM folder and assign it to the MDM system templete. Here Iam not getting this <b>MDM SYSTEM</b> Can any one help me in this please.

Iam struck here in Potal part of MDM.

<b>Hi Suresh</b>,

You are not getting <b>MDM System</b> because either you have not deployed the MDM Java API on EP Server or the deployment was not successfully done. Once you Deploy the MDM JAVA APIS on EP Server using SDM successfully then you will surely get MDM System.

Please make sure that you deploy the Java APIS of the same version as of MDM Server.

Please letme know the result and revert if you have any more queries.

Hi Suresh,

Make sure you deploy the following sca files for poratl MDM Integration in SDM

1. MDM JAVA API (eg MDMJAVAAPI05_0.sca)

2. Business package for EP MDM (eg. BPMDMAPPLI05_0.sca , BPMDMTECHN05_0.sca and MDM_WEB_UI_550.sca(sp5 version only))

Hi Sridhar,

Go to SAP Service Market place http://service.sap.com

Select

Software Downloads>>Entry by Application Group>>Support Packages and Patches>> SAP NetWeaver>> SAP MDM>> SAP MDM 5.5>>Portal Content

download the following 2 files.

1. BP MDM APPLICATION 5.5

2. BP MDM TECHNOLOGY 5.5

The above 2 files are available via SAP Solution Manager.
