hello sap gurus,

How to combine 3 sales orders to one delivery. Can u tell the process how to do that.

I have maintained same shipping pt, same ship to party,

same payment terms,same delivery date.

Then i went to vl10a, here what i have to do.

in these if copy control is required , tell me how to do the copy control.

Hi,

You can combine sales orders by using a delivery due list. The system automatically combines the item in the selected sales orders.

The system controls the creation of outbound deliveries via the shipping point, the selection data (picking date) and the criteria grouped on various pages.

In VL10A just enter the value of the criteria based on which you want to combine the sales orders processing.

Hi,

Go to VL10a and mention shipping point and mention all sales orders then excute.Then select all orders then click on background button on menu bar.

System will create collective delivery for all deliveries.

Use VL10 T-code, input your shipping point or sales orders in the input selection screen - execute.

Check for the display of your sales orders

Select the sales orders that you want to deliver

click on "Dialog" icon if you want to create the delivery in foreground.

Else if you want the system to combine the sales orders and create singele delivery in background, click on "Background" icon.

You can

To combine orders you need to to tck the order combination of customer in sales area tab,Shipping,and you can combine different orders in VL10,VL04,

To combine orders you should have same ship to party,shipping point,inco terms,shipping date,Route

<b>You need to ensure following things:</b>

1) same shipping point

2) same incoterms

3) same route

4) same ship-to

5) Order Combi tick in the customer master or in sales order>herader>shippping

You can use the following T-code for collective delivery.
