Hi all, I have re-installed my MiniWas 620 successfully but need to extend my license agreement. I received the information from SAP but when I execute 'saplicense.exe -install' I receive the following error:
C:\MiniWAS>saplicense -install
SAPLICENSE (Release 620) ERROR ***
ERROR: Can not set DbSl trace function
DETAILS: DbSlControl(DBSL_CMD_IMP_FUNS_SET) failed with return code 20
RC-INFO: error loading dynamic db-library - check environment for:
dbms_type = <db-type> (e.g. ora)
DIR_LIBRARY = <path to db-dll> (e.g. /usr/sap/SID/SYS/exe/run)
I have seen OSS Note 359944 stating that the update levels between dbmssslib.dll and saplicense.exe are different. However I cannot locate the file dbmssslib.dll anywhere on my laptop. Anyone an idea where it should be and how I can get it back there? Thanks, Tiest.

Try use transaction SLICENSE, log on SAP* on 000 client. There is INSTALL option in SLICENSE transaction. Urgent it must be SAP* user.

In your system environment variables do you have dbms_type set to ada ?
