SCM 5.0 Upgrade - Dependencies on R/3 system

Hello Friends,

Came across an interesting thread that covered the various experiences faced during upgrade to SCM 5.0, say from APO 3.1.

It may be good to know whether such upgrades required / followed any upgrade to the R/3 system, if so what was the level 4.6C / 4.7 etc.

Look forward to your thoughts, incase of a worst case scenario - upgrade the APO from 3.1 to SCM 5.0 with an R/3 system at 4.5x

Hi Sankar,

Take a look at . That may help for ERP Upgrade process.

In terms of Upgrade of APO from 3.1 to SCM 5.0 with R/3 system 4.5x the main issue will be around CIF. You may like to review the SCM 5.0 Release notes to check the compatability of R/3 system with SCM 5.0
