Install SAP Solution Manager error

Dear all

When I install SAP Solution Manager 4.0 SR2 on Windows 2003 Server SR2 x64 Standart version , some error happen at pharse 38 "Install Software unit".

Hi,

Please check whether the database is up.

It it is please check the listener service.

Can you copy this file:

'C:/Program Files/sapinst_instdir/SOLMAN/SYSTEM/ORA/CENTRAL/AS/UTL.java.log'

Please copy it properly.Earlier file is not properly copied.
