Where do I get the jar files aii_util_xml.jar and also sapxmltoolkit.jar on the server. From what path do I need to pick them up.

Try searching for them on the Installation Server with their Respective names.
Actually I don't have access to the actual server. But Admin guy said that multiple files are coming up with the same name from different locations so that is why I had posed this question.
Files will be same so use any one of them.
