output issue

Hello friends, i have a problem with output, i.e customer is complaining that he has not received the output. here the output medium is fax, output type is delivery note, when i saw the delivery document it shows output is successfully issued,no logs have been found,as per the output condition record maintained system is determining the right partner(here the partner is delivery contact person maintained in the ship to party master record), output medium,output condition type etc....,even though it seems nothing wrong with sap customer complaints he has not received the output, can any one of you help to resolve this?

Have you been able to prove that if a print output is attempted, it prints successfully?

If so, look at transaction SOST to see the status of the fax transmission.

Make sure the fax number is in correct format.
