No you should never assign sap_all or sap_new to end users . This will give unnecessary authorization to users which is dangerous.

Thanks

Hi,

SAP_ALL Access is full rights to change anything like (SPRO, STMS, PFCG.....).

Must Control the SAP_ALL Access. This Access only for Admin User..

You should not use SAP_ALL and or SAP_NEW for any user in PROD.

The only UID were it can be accepted is an emergency userid, that will be locked at all times, unless really needed and than trace schould be switched on.

Hello,

I agree with the guys that gave you advise on sap_all. and now your question. SAP_NEW has the latest objects that come with the last release. If you look into it you see what it is and the releases it concern. SU02 you can look into profiles which sap_all and sap_new are.

have fun
