Hi !
Does anybody has information about large amounts of transactions and XI, not exactly, maybe just an idea of small (10k-100k) messages per hour that it is capable of, with proper sizing. Maybe you can share your own experience.
Thanks !!
Regards,
Matias.

Hi
Just refer these
Sizing XI 3.0 will be available for customers and partners in the Quick Sizer (http://service.sap.com/quicksizing). The sizing guidelines include an initial and an advanced sizing based on different possible scenario definitions.
All you need to create a sizing project is a valid SAP customer number and access to the Service Marketplace.
Dont know whether this would help
Scaling High-Volume Messages with SAP XI
Thanks

Thank for the quick reply...
If my scenario is: SAP --> XI (BPM) --> Oracle Db
If i want to know the message process by XI, i have to see the message from SAP --> XI and XI --> Oracle Db ...Am i correct?
So i will put in the parameter in 'Sender Service' and the 'Receiver Service' only right??
I do not need to calculare the message within XI right?
Hi ,
try the quicksizer to initialize the sizing...

We have not seen any problems upto 5MB of msgs bt above it, XI has problems of performance & it may lead to server down but max msg size is something which totally depends on server hardware. However msgs upto 10-100k should not be problem at all . (Keeping in mind without BPM). Also custom modules will degrade the performace of system.
