SAP Best Practice

Hi,

I would like to know the recommendation given by SAP in Testing. After a configuration change or a RICEF is developed, is it a best practice to test it in Development environment before moving it to Quality environment? Or is it that testing should be done only in Quality environment? What does SAP recommend? Your thoughts will be highly appreciated.

Hi,

Testing can be done both development and Quality environments.

The degree of testing may vary based on the data available in these environments.

This practise is independent of SAP/Oracle/Microsoft.

The best group to answer your questions are the Quality Assurance Dept in your organization.

If you are looking for specific recommendation from SAP,I dont think there is one such recommendation.
