Hi gurus,

I have a problem with Sales BOM. pls some one help me.

When ever i enter a BOM main item in sales document CR the BOM exploding properly. Its OK. But if go for incomplition log. its giving incomletion for order quantity for sub items. Plysically the quantity is there. but it asking again. what would be problem. Its happening only for Document CR. The same material working proparly in other than CR documents. Pls give advices to solve this problem. \

Hi,

Suppose you had sold a set of pens. In this set there are 5 pens - red, blue, green, pink, black. CR document is credit memo request. Out of the whole set may be 'red' is rejected. This will not reject the whole lot.

So may be for this the system is asking for the quantity of the sub items. Try giving some other quantity, do not take the sales order BOM. Just try giving the sub items only.
