GSP (Generalized system of preferences, certificate of origin)- This is required when an invoice is made and the customer should get customs duty benefit for importing goods from India. we have to generate the GSP Form as per the government format which varies from country to country. It will be submitted to GSP Office in 4 sets & we receive back 2 copies acknowledged from them and the original will be sent to the customer. Second copy is retained with us.
Can anyone please let me know how to map this scenario in export sales in SAP
