Installation error of IDES ECC

When installing IDES ECC, the following error happens and installation stop.

Can any one help, please?

Hey,

It looks like the installation does not have permissions to access a specific place in

the registry.

to add those permissions , please:

1. start->run->regedit

2. goto HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE->SYSTEM->CurrentControlSet->Services->SBCore

3. Right click->Permissions...->Add..->type the user that runs the installation

(sometimes it is SAPService<SID>, or sap<SID>), select full control.

run the installation again...
