Web Service authentication

Hi,

I am tried to access following web service in VC.

http://api.google.com/GoogleSearch.wsdl

But I am getting following error.

Error: - Invalid Web Service URL..

Hi There !

This is Because of Lack of Configuration of web service Container in Visual Administrator.

Do the Following....

Open Visual Administrator,

navigate to Server-- services and Web services Container.

Click on Runtime -- Settings.

Enter Values for the Following.

Proxy Host ,Port , UserName and Password.

Save and exit the Visual Admin.

That will Definately Solve your Problem.

Hi Pramod,

There is some problem in earlier versions of VC(SP7), where some WSDL URL's are not seen as valid, the only work around is to create the system in the portal and then access it from VC.
