Find out the Serial number.

Dear friends,

Requiermnt is : fetch the serial numbers based on the Material document number.

Serial Numbers will assign, while creating the Material Documents using the Tcode MB1B.

what is the link, for the fileds Material document number(MKPF-MBLNR) and the Serial number(SERNR).

Please help me.

Hi,

you should do the following:

Acess table SER03 with field MBLNR and MJAHR,

Then you should acess table OBJK with the OBKNR obtained in the SER03 and with TASER = 'SER03'.

In the field SERNR of the table OBJK you will have the serial's number.
