We have a link on Enterprise Portal 6.0 to BBPStart service. Everything works fine except when the logoff link is clicked. It is closing all open sessions including open sessions between EP 6.0 and BW.
Any suggesstions ?

Does it happen also when you logoff directly from SRM (without passign from portal) ?

Also check taht the SRM URL called is not in CAPS .

login/ticket_only_to_host = 1 in Transaction RZ11
