Mini Apps in PFCG

Hello gurus,

I have one big doubt abt that miniapps. what is that and what is the need of that miniapps in pfcg. as per as my knowledge it will not use for role creation then y that option is there.iam very confused abt this miniapps.

and one more thing is can we maintain periodic validity period for one transaction.

EG: i want to give permission to a user for one transaction for every monday.

remaining days i have to restrict that user abt that transaction i dont want to give permissions for remaining days i want to give permission for only monday for that transaction code. is there any possibility in SAP R/3.

One of the uses of MiniApps is basically to use it if you want to assign mobile components to roles.

In PFCG tab->Roles->In edit mode-> Miniapps tabs->enter the technical name of the MiniApp that is identical with the technical name of the mobile component or installation sequence you want to assign to the role.

About your other question.

I don't know if thats possible. Have to check.
