A big error with services adobe...

Hi, yesterday I configured the services adobe, and interactive forms... but, i think thaht the configuration is bad... Se this picture:

What happends? Is the configuration of services adobe?

Hi Victor,

u have to add ur user to ADSCallers group.Go to visual admin->services->security provider->user management->groups.enable edit mode & add ur user in ADSCallers group.

Apart from that i think,u have not installed credentials for Adobe.It has to be installed also.

- How can i install the credentials for adobe?

I install the credentials, but i don´t know how and what user add in ADSCallers.

Now the error is other:

Hi Victor,

First thing for edit mode there is 1 option is there,(A pencil is shown just above the runtime tab) in ur picture.click on that.

2nd once u r in edit mode,it will enable the button for create user.there u can add the user,using which u run ur application.If u r using standalone engine,it may be administrator,or if any other user is created for u ,u have to use that.

For credentials u need to open a OSS ticket on sap merket place.SAP will provide u the credentials as a PKCS file.That u have to import in ur system.

Hi Victor,

This is configuration problem.Go to http://<server>:<port>/wsnavigator.There u will have AdobeDocumentServices webservice.click on that & test .Click on method rpData. check whether u r able to get any output or not

When I create new user, appear a message that say... "Unable to create the user!" Why?

Hi Victor,

If ur user is already available,u have to just add that user to ADSCallers group.U can assign that user to ADSCallers group from portal.

Apart from that in visual admin

go to cluster->server->services->security provider.Go to policy configurations->components->com.adobe/AdobeDocumentServices "AdobeDocumentServicesAssembly.jar".In the security roles tab select ADSCallers & add ur user there.

Hi Victor,

This is not a Adobe error.Its the RFC error,that means u r not able to connect to ur r/3 system.Check ur sld & Jco connection,whether its configured properly or not?

Have you specified datasource for the ADOBE form?

Hello Victor,

I am also facing some issues with ADOBE forms.

My IDE gets closed as I click on Edit option of the ADOBE form (IDE 2004S SP9) .

For now I have also installed 2004 SP16 which is working fine for me.

Try reinstalling NWDS with ADOBE option.

Let me know if still the problem persists.

When I installed the netweaver not appear the option of adobe services, I install this option with a program SapAldSetup.exe that install the interactive forms too...
