Pricing reference material

Hello Everyone,

Request you to kindly enlighten me with some more info on "Pricing reference material" (Structure KOMP- field PMATN).

What role does it play in Pricing?

Hi Sapman,

The Pricing reference material is maintained in the Material master Sales:Sales org 2 Tab. System uses this Reference material no. for Pricing purpose.

The conditions that apply to the Pricing reference material also apply

to the material in whose material master record the pricing reference

material is stored.

Also note that - A pricing reference material must always have its own material master record.

Hi,

As far as I know it is the material for which you indicate somethere material pricing reference material, say material A has been referenced by material B then the condition types maintained for B will be referred to Material A also.
