Transport using CMS Export Error on Integration Repository

Former Member

Hello

We are transporting an maximo-integrate,max60-ERP2004 via export mode

Transport using CMS. Got an error during export. The error says :

"Workspace was not defined for software component version Maximo-

Integrate,MAX60-SAPERP2004 of mro.com

Assign the software component version in the landscape configurator of

the change management service to a track."

As already software component version Maximo in the landscape

configurator of the change management service to a track has been

defined.

The Software component (SWCV) has already been defined on CMS. But still getting the error.

Please advise anybody comes across these type of error.

Thanks & regards

AK

Hi ,

Also check the rights of user LSADMIN.

Is the Product GUID same in ur dev & QA sld.

If none of the above solves your problem then you can do the following..

You can delete the track created for IR and recreate it again.

Hello Sumit

Here is the info:

When I login to CMS URL,

http://sap03.ab.energy:50000/devinf/main with XISUPER user. Then

login to Change Management System with LSADMIN user, It says "

Access denied

You are not authorized to use CMS.

You need "Display" authorization. Please contact your system administrator.

I added the authorization for LSADMIN user. Then I can login with LSADMIN user to CMS.

SLD is configured in one system i.e Development of XI.And We have 2 system landscape i.e XI DEV and XI PROD.

Where need to check Product GUID in DEV and PRD SLD?

Please advise

Thanks & Regards

Hi Ak,

i saw the attachment .. it looks okay..

Did you refer the guide CMS Configuration ? If not check it out and see if you missed any steps..

When you created the domain data/track which user did you use ?

Add the following role SAP_CMS_ADMINISTRATOR to XISUPER.

Save the user. Go to Role tab again. Double click on SAP_CMS_ADMINISTRATOR a new screen will come up. Click on User Tab in the new screen.Next Click Button User Comparision.

XISUPER will have the required authorization.

Secondly if you used LSADMIN user to do the cms configuration i doubt that because of some authorization there could be some problem.

What you can probably do is login with xisuper and redo all the configurations.

Thanks sumit for reply. Here is the information:

Yes I choose Repository Type : XI

Track ID : IR.ERP

Track Name : IR.ERP

Track Description : ERP System : XI Integration Repository Objects

XI URL Development : http://sap03.ab.energy:50000/rep/

XI URL Consolidation System : http://sap03.ab.energy:50100/rep/

Because we have 2 system landscape.

ADD SWCV

MAXIMO-INTEGRATE mro.com MAX60-SAPERP2004 Source

But on Domain Data:

CMS Name : XID

CMS Description : XID

CMS URL : http://sap03.ab.energy:50000

CMS USER : LSADMIN

CMS Password : XXXXX

Domain ID:XID

Domain Name:XID

Domain Description:XID

SLD URL:http://sap03.ab.energy:50000

All the information is correct. Above thread is not suitable. Then Why I am getting the error message.

Please advise..

Thanks & regards

Hi Seems the configuration is ok.

Just for a try, delete your SWC from track data, and add it again. then dont forget to save it. close everything including IR and then try again.

This type of error comes when you have not added SWC in your track data.

Hello

I check GUID consistency for target SWCV,

a)IBD mainpage->Administration->IR tab->CMS Transporting Settings, where SWCV Not Available SWCV-ID 21828bc1397611dcb635da08c0a80b17 value=true

b) )In IR tool and SLD->Softward Catalog, check also the GUID for this

SWCV( it's 21828bc1-3976-11dc-b635-da08c0a80b17 is SLD).

Any idea how need to register the mentioned service firstly on IBD mainpage , so that it becomes available.

I did deleted the SWC from track data, and add it again. But same problem.

Please advise..

Thanks & Regards

Hi Ak,

Thatz the right guide you need to follow. Can you cross check once again with the guide.

>>>>Any idea how need to register the mentioned service firstly on IBD mainpage

IBD-Administration-Repository-CMS Transport Settings -

Dont you see any entry out there? If not there is some problem with your config.

If the problem is still there raise a OSS message
