support package error

Hi BASIS GURUS,

Iam doing support package SAPKB70009 in ecc 6.0. When i check the import logs queue. It showing these below tables are not activated. Then i try to activated in se14,se11,se38. But there it showing cannot be processed via db utility.

Table YCRM01_S_BUPM could not be activated

Table YTEL01_S_BUPM could not be activated

Table ZICMAG_S_BUPM could not be activated.

It is in ddic_activation stage. Transport tool is o.k..

Reason for error: TP_STEP_FAILURE, Return code: 0008

Pls do need full.

Points guaranteed for immediate reply.

Hi,

Although the table name begins with Z and Y, these particular tables are provided by SAP as part of IDES installation.

I had the same error, and found this solution

1. Delete the 3 structures in DDIC (SE11)

2. Create the missing PRP_RATE_TYPE domain and PRP_RATE data element in the SE11:

Domain: PRP_RATE_TYPE

Short text: Cost / Revenue rate for Project Roles

Package: DEVELOPMENT_PROJECTS_TEAM

Original language: DE German

Data Type: CHAR Character String

Length: 15

Decimal Places: 0

Output Length: 15

Next create data element PRP_RATE with the domain PRP_RATE_TYPE as data

Type (same short text, same package assignment).

This worked for me, hope it helps.

An additional remark: Do not delete the tables. I deleted them because our system was installed only for test purposes
