exporting from DEV to Testing using CMS

hi....Fri's

i exported objects from dev to qualty, it was successful.. in test server i want to import the objects in that import option was disable mode..how can i do this one.

how can i create tracks for the IR & ID objects..

check any of the blogs on CMS, tracks are the basically the the SWC which your Quality machine will be holding.
